Explanation of your spec, glyphs, gems, reforging and enchants:
Spec :My current spec is the standard destro lock build for maximize dps , with points taken in improved soul fire for increased haste while soul fire is applied. 2 points on nether protection to help survive from boss spell dmg

Glyph:
glyph of immolate = to give extra damge to my imolate tick
glyph of conflagrate, = to give a faster cooldown to my conflage in which the best instant cast for destro lock
glyph of imp = to increase my pet dmg , lock w/o proper pet = shit, so good dmg pet gonna benefit lock alot
which is so far the best glyph for dps destro
Gems,reforge,enchants : my priority stat is hit > int > crit > haste > mastery. so my gem,enchant,reforge based on that status, if i have already hit cap then i reforge/change my gem to int > crit

What makes you an exceptional player? I never slack,lack or absent during a raid.I always get to raid prepared,bringing my own flask and food .If i sign up for a raid i would never ever lack to join if something vital doesn't happen. Especially when encountering new bosses/content i push myself further to the limit to achieve the best i can do.Wiping at new bosses has been no matter for me,I don't get fed up or angry i just feel i must put myself more in it to success. During raids,i always listen to the officer/raidleader even if am sure about what to do i am always on the ear so i dont make any mistake unknowingly. and i an active arena player, so i know how to avoid stuff, fast reaction,how to survice .

i didnt play wow pre-Bc so my raid exp start from TBC content
BC = Kara, grull's lair, Mag's lair, SSC ,TK , BT, MH . i quit before sunwell come out
WOTLK = naxx25 ,OS3D25, EOE25,TOGC, TOC, and ICC25

Why did you leave your last guild or why are you leaving your current guild? raid progress didnt run so well coz lack of member, and i prefer 25man raid intead of 10man raid
What other raiding guilds have you been a part of? conclave, timtam factory (bc) ,cataclysm (wotlk till now)

Why do you want to join Proxy? because its a good 25man raiding guild and i want to clear this content before next tier vome up, what the point clear tier11 content with tier12 stuff and And most importantly i want to make new friends that can go further in the new patch,having a warm and nice guild environment with nice people around

I am interested to see what websites/spreadsheets you got your stat weights from.

pretty much i just sit my haste on 8% base + 23% raid buff ( 15%ISF, 3%DI, 5%raid buff) to get 30% ish haste for my 2nd tick of immolate, and i dont think i can get the 3rd immolate tick with my current gear . so yea i put crit > haste
