Explanation of your spec, glyphs, gems, reforging and enchants:
Spec:
In the Fury tree:
3/3 Blood Craze for extra health regeneration.

In the Arms tree:
3/3 War Academy as my main threat talent. I believe 15% extra damage from HS and Cleave is more useful than 10% Shield Slam crit chance from spending 2/2 Cruelty in the Fury tree.
2/2 Field Dressing is a no brainer, as a tank you're going to get healed so why not receive an extra 6% healing.
1/2 Drums of War helps a lot during encounters where interrupts are required, halving the rage cost of interrupts helps so that my regular tanking 'rotation' isn't disturbed.

Glyphs:
There aren't very many glyphs that would make it or break it for a protection warrior.
Prime Glyphs:
Glyph of Devastate, Shield Slam and Revenge are the optimal glyphs for a protection warrior.

Major Glyphs:
Glyph of Cleaving, Thunder Clap and Shockwave are mainly used for AoE tanking.

Minor Glyphs:
Glyph of Command and Battle, I use both in case there are multiple warriors in the raid group or a buff overwrites one of my shouts.
Glyph of Intimidating Shout is used as a short CC or an extra interrupt for trash encounters.

Stats:
Defensive stats:
My defensive stat priority is stamina > mastery > parry(due to Hold the Line) > dodge

Threat stats:
My threat stat priority is 5% hit > 26 expertise > 8% hit

Gems:
Blue: Solid Ocean Sapphire (+60 stamina)
Red: Guardian's Demonseye (+20 expertise/+30 stamina)
Green: Puissant Dream Emerald (+20 mastery/+30 stamina)

I'm looking for a more serious raiding environment.

I'm friends with Yamman and I talk to Grandil every now and then.

Yamman can! I've raided with him in Epitaph.
Why should we accept you into Proxy? (We may not be recruiting you class/spec, but a good enough app can make us accept you. What makes you deserve a spot in our guild?):
I believe I am competent enough to raid in a more serious raiding guild for Cataclysm, I want to progress! I learn boss mechanics fast and do not have sudden idiot death syndrome.

Update:
Better UI screenshot, during combat with enemy cast bar.
Gear upgrades.

I know i'm only a trial here, but i've raided with Azsher for close to a year and I can tell you that he is a great raider, he's always ready to raid, he's never late, he doesn't derp and he learns mechanics quicker than most people.

I believe he would be a great addition to the guild.

My 2 cents.
