Raid Ranking System
Here in Proxy we run with a very simplified rank system. It is very important to keep track of your rank as each one has added benefits and permissions within the guild. Every two weeks your performance will be evaluated and ranks will be fixed, pending our conclusions.

Trials: The new guys who dress to impress, Do everything right, dont fuck up and you may see yourself in the guild long-term. The period usually runs for about 1-2 weeks. You are expected to turn up every raid night in hope of a raid spot.
Raider: You passed the trial, it is now time to earn yourself a Raid spot. Keep up a decent performance and you may see yourself an Elite. This period usually runs for 1-2 weeks. You are expected to turn up every raid night in hope of a raid spot.
Elite: The core elite, guaranteed a raid spot, guild repairs, priority looting. You want to be here! Don't slack of with the attendance now. Keep doing what your doing. You MUST be at every raid night.
Officers: The raid leaders, anything mentioned is essential, show them respect they do all the hard work that keeps the guild running.
