Explanation of your spec, glyphs, gems and enchants:There is prity much just one spec for Ele shams that almost all use. Well For glyphs im using Glyph of TOW (extra 80 SP is nice) , Glyph of Lava(having 10% more SP on your hardest hitting spell is more dps) , Glyph of LB (spamming it like 60% of the time so ..). For gems you need 2 see what your haste is and eather stack SP/haste or just SP or SP/hit or even 12sp/15stam for meta, but realy your gear should get you to the hit cap and also if your gear gives u enough haste just stacking SP is best cause you dont want to hit the GCD on LvB or chainlight. Enchanting is the same as in your should get SP or hit or haste depending on what u need and get 2 raid profs that benefit you.
What makes you an exceptional player? The time and effort put into my class and knowing what i am doing at all times and also (and this might just be me) i feel having the proper equipment as in a good comp /low MS and a good fps plays a big part in being a exceptional player. Not taking anything away from pure skill but it takes more then just 1 aspect of your game play to call your self a exceptional player. I think as you play your classes and others over the years you get better and better and iv started playing a few months before BC and have played a few classes over the years and becomes a better player since then.

What is your raid experience? (Please go into detail on raid instances)
Well i started on Eu servers and played a warrior through Bc but did not play much of pre Bc, did a few casual raids and then when i moved to Australia i has to start on Us servers so yeah and this was like 5 or 6 months from WOTLK. I did naxx and OS as soon as my guild was ready and been raiding full time ever since.

Why did you leave your last guild or why are you leaving your current guild?
Secrets(Last guild) - Was in G1 and it was going well untill the GM decided to leave and most of G1 left except 5 of us and G2 became the main group and after 2 months of trying to make it work i decided to leave because i felt like i was going most of the work and it started to become a job almost and no 1 in the guild was good enough to progress.
Loth(Current Guild) - Alot of my close friend/officers have left to find something better and during wrath iv been tossed around from here to there and now with cata coming iv decided i want 2 move to a guild that i know can progress in the right way and be stable through to the end of cata.

do yu know our guildlie chrondork he likes to click also maybe yu can become friends and click together to catch them all

The bad fonts did what it was supposed 2 and draw attention

umm if u see under my heath bar alot of macros are there and berserk/Emastery/hand chant are macroed into trinkets that i used for 10 mans and some times 25(the icons about my totems shows me the CDs wile the macro shows me the trinket CDs) also i have used dominos to macro some of my moves (eg ... e , q , f,c,x,z,!,@,#,$,g,f1.f2,f3,f4, and mouse wheel and other mouse buttons). Also when Firenova becomes a solid part of my rotation for any boss and not just trash ill give it a good macro =P cause right now im just using it on trash and in RS (h) so g does it just fine. Fire and earth ele ill b honest and say i click.

dont involve Chrondork in this ...

1200 haste ish ... just dont want it clipping LvB GCD.
