Raiding Attendance

Now that we are well into cata, any raiding member of proxy (trial and higher) which cannot attend a scheduled raid (Wed,Thurs,Sun,Mon) MUST have a post in the AFK forum. From this week onwards, raiders will lose 25% of their total DKP for every raid which they miss without a post.

Can we go back to set DKP penalties plz. Percentages are too varied. They will be a huge loss for some people (as I'm sure is intended 
) but it's not going to affect other people at all.
Eg. If Pluvi misses a raid he'll loose 36 DKP but if I miss a raid I'll loose 12 DKP. If Forn misses a raid he'll only loose 4 DKP - almost one tenth of Pluvi.
Just make it something like a flat 25 DKP if you want to scare people - that's equivelant to taking an Epic from someone. Although that may be a bit harsh during progression and over Chritsmas.

You should never be getting any penalties in the first place.

You're missing the point.
Someone with an already low DKP number receive almost no penalty at all for dogging.
